14 One half ounce Tomatoes pureed
2 cup Water
2 lg Potatoes chopped
15 ounce Garbanzo beans, canned
Drained
15 ounce Kidney beans, canned
Drained
1 cup Lentils rinsed and
Drained
1 lg Onion chopped
2 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 cup Red pepper minced
1 cup Green pepper minced
10 ounce Frozen broccoli chopped
2 lg Carrots grated
2 tablespoon Dried parsley
2 tablespoon Chili powder
1 teaspoon Dried basil
1 teaspoon Ground cumin
Combine everything. After bringing to a boil, reduce heat & simmer,
covered, 30 45 minutes or until lentils are tender.
