2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 cup Celery thinly cut or sliced up
One half cup Onion chopped
2 Cloves garlic minced
28 ounce Can whole tomatoes,
Undrained cut in half
17 ounce Whole kernel corn
Undrained
16 ounce Can cut or sliced up potaotes
Undrained
10 One half ounce Can chicken broth
1 cup Water
One fourth cup Catsup
One fourth cup Brown sugar
1 pound Ham cubed
3 cup Cabbage thinly cut or sliced up
In 4 quart saucepan over medium heat, saute celery, onion, and garlic in
oil for 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover
and simmer for 1 hour. Makes 12 one cup servings.
