2 Cans; (14oz.each) chicken or
beef broth
1 cn (14 One half oz) DEL MONTE
FreshCut Diced Tomatoes
with Basil; Garlic &
Oregano
1 cn (15 One fourth oz) DEL MONTE
FreshCut Golden Sweet Whole
Kernel Corn
1 cn (15 One fourth oz) DEL MONTE
FreshCut Green Lima Beans
1 cup Diced cooked chicken or beef
2 md Potatoes; pared and minced
1 md Onion; chopped
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce; (opt)
Hi everyone I got this recipe from Del Monte. It is very good, everyone
here likes it alot. Sorry it is not formatted. Don't have the software to
do it. Wouldn't know how even if I did.
In large saucepan or soup pot, combine all ingredients. Bring to boil;
reduce heat. Cover and simmer 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Ladle into soup bowls. Serve with Parmeasan cheese, if desired.
We usually use chicken instead of beef seems to taste better that way. Plus
I use homemade stock instead of canned. Also I use plain minced tomatoes and
just add the spices myself. This is an excellent soup, I think. Hope you
enjoy it, we do.
