VEGGIE SPECIAL
One half cup (about 2 oz.) shredded
cheddar cheese
1 md Carrot; peeled and grated
One fourth small Zucchini; grated
One fourth Green pepper; grated
2 tablespoon Toasted almond slivers
1 tablespoon Lowfat mayonnaise
TUNA 'N' EGG SALAD
1 cn (6 oz.) tuna in water;
drained and flaked
1 Hardcooked egg; grated
1 Carrot; peeled and grated
3 tablespoon Lowfat mayonnaise
SPECKLED CHICKEN SALAD
4 ounce Finely chopped; cooked
chicken breast, (up to 5)
1 tablespoon Finely chopped red bell
pepper
2 tablespoon Lowfat creamy Italian
dressing
1 teaspoon Chopped parsley
Each one of these healthy mixtures makes enough to fill three sandwiches.
Just combine ingredients in a bowl.
