Recipe - Healthy Heart Muffins

3 Egg whites
Three fourths cup Lowfat milk
1 cup Lowfat yoghurt
Three fourths cup Apple sauce
2 cup Wholemeal flour
One half cup Rolled oats
One half cup Oat bran
3 teaspoon Baking powder
2 teaspoon Cinnamon
One half cup Raisins
One half cup Chopped apricots
Preheat oven to 350øF, prepare pans. Beat the egg whites lightly then add
milk, yoghurt & apple sauce. Combine flour, rolled oats, bran, baking
powder, cinnamon, raisins & apricots. Add the dry mix to the wet mix until
just combined. Spoon into pans & bake for 20 mins. Makes 12 muffins.
