1 Banana split lengthwise
1 Kiwi peeled and chopped
One fourth cup Blueberries
One fourth cup Strawberries
One fourth cup Raisins
1 Scoop nonfat frozen yogurt
Directions: Place the scoop of yogurt in a bowl. Place the banana pieces on
either side of the yogurt. Spoon on the fruit. This dish provides loads of
calcium, vitamin C and beta carotene. All these ingredients combined
stimulate fat burning enzymes and reduce the risk of premature aging.
