Recipe - Health Salad

2 Heads of broccoli cut into
florets
1 Head cauliflower cut into
florets
8 Baby carrots cut into rounds
1 Red pepper cut into strips
1 Onion halved and thinly
cut or sliced up
Mushrooms; (optional)
2 md Zuccini thinly cut or sliced up
1 cn Baby corn halved; (up to 2)
Three fourths cup Oil or olive oil; (up to 1)
One half cup Lemon juice
One half cup Vinegar
One half cup Water
2 tablespoon Sugar
Garlic powder; pepper and
salt to taste
While this does have oil, I figured someone might still be interested. I am
always looking for GOOD salad recipes so if you have any please share.
