Recipe - Hazelnut Ice Cream

1 pound New potatoes; peeled and
minced
5 Cloves garlic
1/3 cup Heavy cream
1 tablespoon Unsalted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
One fourth cup Toasted ground hazelnuts
1 teaspoon Chopped thyme
Place the potatoes and garlic in a medium size sauce pan and cover with
water. Over high heat cook the potatoes until fork tender. Strain off water
and mash the potatoes. Add cream and butter and continue to mash until
smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Add hazelnuts and chopped thyme and
mix well. Serve hot.
