Recipe - Hawaiian Sweetbread Souffle

1 pack King's Bakery sweet bread
1 qt Milk
9 Eggs; beaten
2 Apples; peeled and grated
One fourth cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Cinnamon
One fourth Stick butter
Slice bread One half inch thick. Lay flat in a 9" x 12" pan. Dot with butter.
Mix milk, beaten eggs and sugar well. Pour over bread and sprinkle with
cinnamon and grated apples. Refrigerate overnight and bake uncovered for 1
hour in 350 degree oven.
REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT
