Recipe - Hawaiian Quick Corn Chowder

4 sl Bacon; chopped
One half Onion; minced
1 cn (15.25 oz) creamstyle corn
1 cn (10.75 oz) cream of potato
soup
1 cn (5 oz) evaporated milk
1 One fourth cup Water
In a saucepan, fry bacon. Add onion; sauté for 1 minute. Add remaining
ingredients. Cover, lower heat, and simmer for 10 minutes. Makes 6
servings.
Optional: One fourth cup chopped green pepper, One half cup chopped celery, and dash of
pepper may be added to chowder.
