Recipe - Hawaiian Pear Chutney

1 cn Spam Spread ; (3 oz)
2 tablespoon Pineapple tidbits
1 tablespoon Diced green bell pepper
1 tablespoon Diced red onion
2 Lettuce leaves
2 Croissants; cut or sliced up
In bowl, combine Spam, pineapple, bell pepper and onion. Cover and chill
mixture at least an hour.
Place lettuce on croissants. Top croissants with Spam mixture and serve.
This recipe yields 2 sandwiches.
