Recipe - Hawaiian Fruit Ring

1 cup Diced oranges (about 3)
One half cup Sugar
1 cup Orange juice and water
1 pack (3oz) orange gelatin
1 cup Hot water
1 tablespoon Grated orange rind
3 tablespoon Chopped maraschino cherries
1 cup Pineapple tidbits; drained,
cut in half
Comi=bine orange and sugar. Let stand 10 minutes. Drain and add water to
make 1 cup. Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add orange juice, water and
orange rind. Chill until slightly thickened and fold in fruits. Pour into
1One half quart mold or individual molds. Garnish with sweetened whippen cream,
coconut, cut cherries and mint leaves, if desired.
