1 cup Yellow cake mix
1 cup All Purpose flour
1 cup White bread flour
One half cup Whole wheat bread flour
3 tablespoon Gluten flour
3 tablespoon Sugar
2 tablespoon Oil
2 teaspoon Yeast
1 teaspoon Salt
Three fourths cup Corn (canned) *
Three fourths cup Zucchini (canned) minced **
One fourth cup Water and juice from cans
1 cup Water
3 tablespoon Nine grain mix (optional)
1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
1 tablespoon Poppy seeds
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
* Dice the squash and tomatoes. * ** Drain the juices (corn,
tomato and squash)
and use as part of the liquid.
Amounts of corn and zucchini can be changed to suit. Regular or
Mexican style corn can be used. Add at the beep.`
