10 lg Hatsuka radishes
9/16 ounce Sliced ham
Salt vinegar
Sugar
Monosodium glutamate
Slice radishes thinly, sprinkle on salt and allow to stand until softened.
Kneed in bowl, then squeeze juice out by pressing between both hands. Pour
over 1 T. vingegar, mix well and squeeze again. Cut ham into 2/5 in.
squares. Mix 1One half T. vinegar, 2/3 t. salt, 2 t.sugar, and monosodium
glutamate. Add radishes and ham to the mixture, mix and serve. Posted to
