Recipe - Hasty Mince Pie

One half Stick Butter
1 cup Sugar
2 Egg Yolks
One fourth cup Buttermilk
1 tablespoon Cider Vinegar
One half teaspoon Cloves
One half teaspoon Cinnamon
One half teaspoon Allspice
One half teaspoon Nutmeg
One half teaspoon Vanilla
1 pn Salt
1 cup Raisins
1 One half cup Apples; chopped
1 9" Pie Crust; unbaked
Whipped Cream
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolks, buttermilk, vinegar, spices, salt,
and vanilla. Then add raisins and apples. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40
minutes. Top with whipped cream if desired.
Serves 6 or more.
