32 ounce Shredded frozen or fresh raw
potatoes
One half cup Butter
1 cn Cream of chicken soup
12 ounce Grated american cheese
8 ounce Sour cream
1 teaspoon Salt
One half small Onion; chopped or
2 tablespoon Minced onion
2 cup Crushed cornflakes
One half cup Melted butter
Place thawed potatoes in 9x13 pan. Mix all remaining ingredients except
cornflakes and One half cup butter, and pour over potatoes. Sprinkle cornflakes
over potatoes and drizzle melted butter over top. Bake at 350 for 45
minutes.
