Recipe - Hash Brown Potato Pie

5 lg Eggs
One half cup Milk
3 cup CountryStyle hash browns;
thawed
1/3 cup Green onion; thinly cut or sliced up
One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Hot pepper sauce
1 One half cup Sharp cheddar cheese;
shredd, divided
4 sl Bacon; crisp or 1/3 cup real
bacon bits
In a medium bowl, beat eggs and milk; stir in hash browns, green onions,
salt and pepper sauce. Stir in 1 cup cheese and half the bacon. Pour into a
greased 9inch pie plate or quiche dish. Bake at 350° for 2530 minutes or
until center is set. Sprinkle with remaining bacon and cheese. Bake 34
minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
