Recipe - Hash Brown Potato Bake

2 cup Loosepack frozen hash brown
potatoes
One fourth cup Cheddar cheese; shredded
1 pack (3 oz.) cream cheese with
chives; softened
One half cup Milk
One fourth teaspoon Garlic powder
One fourth cup Crushed corn flakes
One fourth teaspoon Paprika; (optional)
In a large strainer, rinse potatoes with cold water until slightly thawed;
drain. In a 3 quart casserole, combine potatoes, Cheddar cheese, cream
cheese, milk and garlic powder. Cover and microwave on high for 6 to 9
minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring once. Remove. Sprinkle with
corn flakes, and add paprika, if desired.
