Recipe - Harvest Potatoes With Herbs

6 tablespoon I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S NOT
BUTTER!, melted, divided
One half teaspoon Salt
6 tablespoon Finely chopped onion,
divided
One fourth teaspoon Dried basil leaves
One fourth teaspoon Dried thyme leaves
2 pound Potatoes, peeled, very
thinly cut or sliced up , divided
One fourth teaspoon Ground pepper
Preheat oven to 425'F. In small bowl combine seasonings. Place 2
tablespoons melted "I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S NOT BUTTER!" in 10" nonstick
skillet. (If handle is not ovenproof, wrap with foil.) Arrange a
third of the potato slices in a circular pattern in skillet. Sprinkle
with about One fourth teaspoon seasonings, 4 teaspoon melted "I CAN'T
BELIEVE IT'S NOT BUTTER!" and 2 tablespoons onion. Repeat layers
twice. Cover tightly with foil; press layers down. Bake 20 minutes.
Uncover; bake 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Remove from
oven, press layers down with a spatula. Let stand 10 minutes. Invert
onto serving platter to unmold potatoes.
