Recipe - Harvest Hamburger Casserole

1 pound Lean ground beef; brown and
drain
1 cup Onion; minced
1 cn Tomatoes; 28 oz, with liquid
1 tablespoon Worchestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Salt
2 cup Potatoes; cut or sliced up
1/3 cup Flour
1 pack Frozen corn; thawed
1 pack Frozen lima beans; thawed
Green pepper; cut in strips
1 One half cup Cheddar cheese; shredded
In a mixing bowl, combine beef, onion, tomatoes with liquid, Worcestershre
sauce and salt. Spoon into a greased 3qt casserole. Layer the potatoes,
flour, corn, lima beans and green pepper on top. Bake, covered, at 375 for
45 min. Sprinkle with cheese and continue baking, uncovered, for 30 min.
