Recipe - Harvest Crunch Granola

DRY INGREDIENTS
4 cup Rolled oats
One fourth cup Wheat germ
One half cup Sesame seeds
One half cup Coconut (fine grain)
WET INGREDIENTS
1 cup Boiling water
1 cup Honey
Three fourths cup Peanut oil
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Mix wet ingredients gradually with dry ingredients. Make sure ingredients
are mixed throughly. Spread on cookie sheet and bake at 350 F for 15
minutes. Reduce oven to 275 F. Stir every 1015 minutes for 1 One half 2
hours. When baking time is done add: One half cup sunflower seeds, 1 cup
raisins, and 1 cup of peanuts. Enjoy!
