Recipe - Harrow Road Cafe Chocolate Pound Cake

3 cup Flour
3 cup Sugar
1 cup Cocoa
3 teaspoon Baking powder
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Butter, melted
1 One half cup Milk
3 teaspoon Vanilla
3 Eggs
One fourth cup Cream, light
Sift all the dry ingredients together. Make a well in center. Add the
butter, milk and vanilla. Beat 5 minutes. Add the eggs, one at a time,
alternating the cream, beat well after each addition. Pour the batter into
a greased and floured 10inch tube pan. Bake in a 325 degree (F) oven for 1
One fourth hours. Cool on a rack and the remove from the pan.
