Recipe - Harriet Blacks Cole Slaw

Ingredients:
Harriet Blacks Cole Slaw recipe makes 1 Servings
1 Head Cabbage
1 Onion
1 Bell Pepper
One half teaspoon Mustard Seed
One half teaspoon Celery Seed
Salt; Pepper
One half cup Sugar
1 cup Vinegar
One fourth cup Oil
Grate cabbage, onions and pepper. Pour sugar over this and let it set 5
minutes.Combine vinegar, oil and spices in a small saucepan, boil for 2
minutes. Pour over cabbage and let sit overnight.
NOTES : Very easy when using a bag of preshredded cole slaw. I've also
used a grated red bell pepper, makes it nice and colorful.
