Recipe - Haroset

One half pound Pitted dates
One fourth pound Raisins
4 Dried figs
1 One half cup Sweet kosher wine
One fourth pound Walnuts
One fourth pound Alonds
2 tablespoon Sesame seeds
One half teaspoon Cumin
One half teaspoon Ground ginger
One half teaspoon Cinnamon
One half teaspoon Cardamon
Place the dried fruits in a food processor or blender; chop fine. Add 1/2
cup of the wine. Mix again at low speed. Add the remaining ingredients and
mix at low speed until nearly smooth. Makes 8 servings.
