1 cup Chana dal boiled so that the
dal is
; separate
2 tablespoon Grated coconut
2 tablespoon Chopped coriander leaves
3 Green chillies; slit
A pinch of hing
One half teaspoon Rai
Three fourths teaspoon Jeera
2 tablespoon Oil
Salt to taste
Heat oil, add rai and when it splutters add hing, jeera and slit green
chillies. Fry for 2 minutes, then add chana dal, salt and peas. Stir. Cook
for 5 minutes. While serving garnish with grated coconut and chopped
coriander leaves.
