Recipe - Hare Casserole

Ingredients:

2 cup Shelled raw peas; coarsely
ground
300 g Paneer; cubed and fried
250 g Tomato; pureed and strained
4 tablespoon Oil or ghee Grind together:
3 Onions
One half Pod garlic
One half Inch ginger
3 Green chillies
2 tablespoon Coriander leaves
12 Cashewnuts
6 Cardamoms
6 Cloves
1 teaspoon Coriander seeds
Salt to taste

Heat oil and fry the ground masala for about 7 minutes. Add tomato puree
and fry some more. Add ground peas and keep stirring. Add 2 cups warm water
and cook till peas are tender. Before serving add fried paneer cubes.
