1 Sesame seed hamburger bun
One fourth pound Ground beef
1 ds Salt
2 Onion rings
3 Sliced dill pickles
1 lg Tomato slice
1 Lettuce leaf
1 teaspoon Lowcal mayo
1 teaspoon Catsup
1) Preheat griddle or frying pan. 2) Toast both halves of hamburger bun,
face down. Set aside. 3) Form ground beef into patty slightly larger than
bun. Use burger press for best results. 4) Cook patty 2 to 3 min. per side.
5) Build burger in following stacking order from bottom up: bottom
bunbeef pattyonion ringspicklestomato slicelettuce leaf
mayonaisecatsuptop bun.
Yield: 1 sandwich
