1 One fourth cup Warm water
1 Egg white
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 One half teaspoon Salt
3 cup Bread flour, (up to 3 1/2
cup)
2 teaspoon Active dry yeast

Upon completion of dough cycle, remove dough. Form rolls, place on a
greased baking sheet, cover with a towel and let rise in a warm, draftfree
location for 3040 minutes.
Bake in a preheated 400 oven 1215 minutes.
