Recipe - Happy Birthday Newport News Cookie 4th Place

1 Yellow cake mix
2 Eggs
One fourth cup Oil
One fourth cup Water
1 cup Peanut butter
Three fourths cup Sugar

Mix all ingredients. Batter will be stiff. Sprinkle flour on work surface.
Knead the dough until thoroughly blended, using extra flour if necessary.
Divide dough into 2 or 3 parts. Roll dough to less than 1/2inch thickness.
Cut shapes with birthday cake cookie cutter. Place in pan lightly sprayed
with Pam. With a knife, mark "NN" on the uncooked cookie. Lightly sprinkle
sugar on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 to 9 minutes, depending on oven.
Allow to cool for 3 to 4 minutes before removing from pan.
