Recipe - Hamburger Quiche

1 pound Ground beef
1 md Onion; chopped
One half pound Mushrooms; cut or sliced up
One fourth teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoon Biscuit mix
9" pastry shell
3 Eggs
1 cup Creamed cottage cheese
Saute ground beef, onion, and 2/3's of the mushrooms in a skillet until the
beef is well browned; drain off fat. Add salt, pepper, worcestershire
sauce, and biscuit mix to meat mixture; spread in pastry lined pan. Beat
eggs lightly, add cottage cheese, and mix well. Pour over meat mixture, and
garnish with remaining mushrooms. Bake in 375~ oven for One half hour. Serve the
quiche hot.
