Recipe - Hamburger Gravy

1 pound Ground beef
1 One half cup Water
1 pack (0.87oz) brown gravy mix
2 cup Green Giant frozen cut green
beans (from a 1lb package)
1 cup Frozen cut or sliced up carrots
In large skillet, brown ground beef over mediumhigh heat; drain.
Meanwhile, in 2cup measuring cup or small bowl combine water and gravy
mix; mix well. Add gravy, green beans and carrots to skillet. Cook over
medium heat until vegetables are crisptender and gravy is thickened,
stirring frequently. If desired, serve over mashed potatoes or biscuits.
Four 1cup servings.
