1 pound Ground beef
1 md Onion, chopped
1 pack (1 One fourth oz) taco seasoning
1 cup (4 oz) chopped green
Chilies
1 cup (28 oz) whole tomatoes with
Liquid, cut up
One half pack (12 oz) tortilla chips
4 cup (16 oz) shredded Monterey
Jack cheese
One half cup Sour cream
1 cup (4 oz) shredded cheddar
Cheese
Cook ground beef and onion unil meat browns and onion is tender; drain.
Stir taco seasoning, chilies and tomatoes. Simmer for 15 mins. uncovered.
Place half the tortilla chips in a 13X9X2 baking dish. Put half of the meat
mixture and half of the Monterey
