1 One half pound Ground beef
For each nationality, add seasoning to beef and form 8 1/4" thick patties.
Place the cheese in center of 4 patties; cover cheese with remaining
patties and press edges together. Grill over mediumhot coals, turning
once, until done.
FRENCH1One half teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon dried crushed thyme, One half teaspoon garlic
powder, One fourth teaspoon salt, One fourth teaspoon pepper, 2 ounce Brie or Camembert cut or sliced up into 4
pieces.
MEXICAN1 tablespoon chili powder, One half teaspoon ground cumin, One half teaspoon onion powder, One fourth ts
garlic powder, One fourth teaspoon salt, 2 ounce Monterey Jack cheese, cut or sliced up into 4
pieces.
ITALIAN1One fourth teaspoon Italian seasoning, Three fourths teaspoon garlic powder, One half teaspoon onion
powder, One fourth teaspoon salt, 2 ounce mozzarella cut or sliced up in 4 pieces.
GREEK1One half teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon dried crushed oregano, One half teaspoon garlic
powder, One fourth teaspoon pepper, 2 ounce Feta (crumble cheese and sprinkle with 1 tb
lemon juice).
