Recipe - Hamburger - Onion Pie

1 cup Bisquick
1/3 cup Light cream
1 pound Hamburger
2 Med. onions
1 teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
One half teaspoon Flavor extender
2 tablespoon Bisquick
2 Eggs
1 cup Cottage cheese

Heat oven to 375 F. Mix bisquick with cream with hands, knead gently 10
times. Roll dough to fit 9 " pie plate. Saute beef and onion in frypan, add
next four ingredients mix well & put in pie plate. Beat eggs slightly and
blend in cottage cheese. Pour over meat, sprinkle with paprika and bake 30
minutes
