Recipe - Ham With Honey-Mustard

2 Fully cooked ham steaks,
about One half in. thick (10
oz each)
2 ounce Unsalted butter, melted
3 tablespoon Honeymustard
One fourth cup Dry bread crumbs
One fourth cup Grated Parmesan cheese
Pat ham steaks dry.
Combine 2 tablespoons melted butter and mustard in small bowl. Combine
crumbs and Parmesan cheese onto wax paper. Coat ham with mustard mixture,
then dip in crumbs, pressing crumbs onto steaks.
Arrange on oiled broiler pan rack. Drizzle with One half of the remaining
butter.
Broil in preheated broiler 4 inches from heat for 3 5 minutes on each
side or until golden brown. Drizzle second side with remaining butter
before broiling. NOTE:
If honeymustard is unavailable, simply mix Dijon style mustard with a
little brown sugar and some cider vinegar. Any flavored mustard may be used
in this recipe.
