Recipe - Ham N Cheddar Cups

2 cup Allpurpose flour
One fourth cup Sugar
2 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
6 Eggs
1 cup Milk
One half pound Fully cooked ham; cubed
One half pound Cheddar cheese; minced or
shredded
One half pound Sliced bacon; cooked and
crumbled
1 small Onion; finely chopped
In bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and pepper. Beat
eggs and milk; stir into dry ingredients until well mixed. Stir in ham,
cheese, bacon and onion. Fill wellgreased muffin cups threefourths full.
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in cener comes
out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack.
