Ingredients:
Ham And Rice Casserole recipe makes 4 Servings
4 cup Tomatoes; peeled/chopped
3 cup Cooked ham; chopped
One half cup Water
2 md Green peppers; chopped
2 small Onions; chopped
1 small Garlic clove; minced
Three fourths cup Uncooked regular rice
2 tablespoon Margarine; melted
2 tablespoon Catsup
1 teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
Combine tomatoes, ham, water, green pepper, onion, garlic, rice, margarine,
catsup, salt and pepper. Stir well. Spoon into lightly greased 3 quart
casserole. Cover and bake at 350 F. for one hour. Serves 68. MC formatting
