Recipe - Ham And Potato Salad

1 pound Red potatoes (about 3 cups);
cut into One half in wedges
1 pack Frozen mixed vegetables (16
oz)
1/3 cup Mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/3 cup Sour cream
One half cup Green onions; cut or sliced up
1 teaspoon Pepper
One half teaspoon Salt
3 cup Cooked ham (about 1 lb);
chopped
1. Cook potatoes, covered in boiling water to cover 10 minutes or until
tender (don't overcook). Drain and set aside.
2. Cook frozen mixed vegetables according to package directions; drain and
set aside.
3. Combine mayonnaise and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Gently stir
in potatoes, vegetables and ham. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or
overnight.
