Recipe - Ham And Cucumber Salad

2 pack (3oz) lemon or
limeflavored gelatin
1 teaspoon Salt
2 cup Boiling water
1 One half cup Cold water
One fourth cup Vinegar
1 cup Slivered; cooked ham
1 cup Sliced celery
Three fourths cup Diced; drained pineapple
One half cup Thinly cut or sliced up quartered
cucumber
Three fourths teaspoon Grated onion
1 One half (up to)
3 tablespoon Prepared horseradish
Radish roses
Cucumber slices
Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water. Add cold water and vinegar.
Chill until very thick. Fold in remaining ingredients except radish roses
and cucumber slices. Pour into two 1quart ring molds. Chill until firm.
Unmold on platter. Garnish with radish roses and cucumber slices. Serve
with your favorite dressing. Yield: 8 servings.
