Recipe - Ham And Cheese Muffins

One half cup Milk
Three fourths cup Cheddar cheese; shredded
3 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1/3 cup Onion; chopped
1 Egg
1/3 cup Bell pepper; chopped
1 One half cup Bisquick® baking mix
One half cup Ham; chopped
Heat oven to 400. Spray 12 medium muffin cups with nonstick spray. Beat
milk, oil and eggs slightly in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients
with a fork until moistened. Divide batter evenly among cups. Bake until
golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes. Serve warm.
