1 Loaf French bread
1 cn Mushrooms; cut or sliced up
1 pound Ground beef
1 Onion; minced
15 ounce Tomato sauce
1 pack Mozzarella cheese slices
Remove center of bread to make a boat shape. Brown ground beef; add sauce,
mushrooms and onion. Simmer 23 minutes. Pour into bread and top with
slices of cheese. Heat on baking sheet at 350F for 1015 minutes or until
the cheese melts. Slice to serve. Serves 56.
