EXTRALEAN HAM
One half cup CHOPPED ONION
1 cn HEALTHY REQUEST CREAM OF
MUSHROOM SOUP; (10 Three fourths
OUNCE)
Three fourths cup SHREDDED KRAFT REDUCEDFAT
CHEDDAR CHEESE; (3OUNCES)
1 cup FROZEN PEAS
2 tablespoon CANNED CHOPPED PIMIENTO
2 tablespoon CHOPPED FRESH PARSLEY OR 2
TEASPOONS DRIED PARSLEY
FLAKES
1/8 teaspoon BLACK PEPPER
2 cup CHOPPED COOKED SPAGHETTI;
RINSED AND DRAINED
IN A LARGE SKILLET SPRAYED WITH BUTTERFLAVORED COOKING SPRAY, SAUTE HAM
AND ONION UNTIL ONION IS TENDER, ABOUT 5 MINUTES. STIR IN MUSHROOM SOUP AND
CHEDDAR CHEESE. COOK OVER LOW HEAT, STIRRING OFTEN, UNTIL CHEESE MELTS. ADD
PEAS, PIMIENTO, PARSLEY, BLACK PEPPER, AND SPAGHETTI. MIX WELL TO COMBINE.
LOWER HEAT AND SIMMER 5 TO 10 MIN., STIRRING OFTEN. HINT: 1 One half CUPS
UNCOOKED SPAGHETTI USUALLY COOK TO ABOUT 2 CUPS.
