Recipe - Ham Nuggets In Corn

A
2 Eggs
One half cup Oil
1 One half cup Creamed corn

B
1 cup Whole wheat flour
1 cup All purpose flour
1 tablespoon Baking powder
One half teaspoon Salt
12 One half Inch cubes of ham ( or
experiment with turkey; hot
dogs, etc.)

makes 12 muffins or 8x8 pan preheat oven to 400

In large bowl add "A" and combine well. In a smaller bowl combine "B" well.

Combine wet and dry ingredients and fold together gently just until mixed.
Spoon into prepared pan and press one cube of ham into center of each
muffin. (or for bread, press into top of batter in strategic places; or
shop the meat into smaller pieces and stir into the batter itself.) Bake
for 2025 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.

Toss in some shredded cheese if you like= a mini meal!!
