Recipe - Ham Muffins With Creamed Peas

2 cup Flour
2 teaspoon Baking powder
One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Baking soda
1 Egg
1 cup Sour cream
Three fourths cup Chopped cooked ham; firmly
packed
Peas; creamed
Sift flour, measure and sift with baking powder, salt, and soda. Beat egg,
add sour cream and ham; mix well. Turn into flour mixture and stir until
flour is dampened. Bake in muffin pans for 2025 minute at 400 degrees.
Serve creamed peas over hot muffins.
