Recipe - Ham Logs

LOGS
2 pound Ham; ground
1 pound Pork; lean, ground
2 Eggs; beaten
1 cup Crackers; crumbled
1 cup Milk
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce;
recommended (12)
SAUCE
1 One half cup Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Dry mustard
One half cup Vinegar
One half cup Water
Mix together ingredients for logs. Form small "rodent shaped" balls (about
2 One half to 3 in. long). Mix sauce ingredients. Bake logs 30 minutes at 350¡
then cover with sauce. Baste occasionally during last hour (1 One half total).
NOTES : Makes 812 servings. Turkey ham may be substituted for the ham.
