Recipe - Ham Loaf With Horseradish Glaze

Ham Loaf
1 One half pound Ground ham
1 One half pound Ground pork
One half pound Ground beef
1 One half cup Oats
4 Eggs; beaten
One half cup Chopped onion
One half teaspoon Pepper
2 cup Tomato juice
Horseradish Glaze
1 One half cup Sugar
2 tablespoon Flour
2 teaspoon Dry mustard
8 tablespoon Horseradish
Combine all ham loaf ingredients thoroughly and pack in 9x13" pan.
Bake in 350 degree oven 45 minutes.
Mix together Horseradish Glaze ingredients and spread on Ham Loaf mixture.
Continue baking 30 minutes more.
