Recipe - Ham Casserole

6 sl Cooked ham, lowfat; thick
slices, or about three cups
of leftover ham
6 md Potatoes, thinly cut or sliced up , or
twelve new potatoes, halved
2 lg Onion, thinly cut or sliced up
6 sl Lowfat mozzarella cheese, (6
to 12) or any mild cheese
1 cn Low fat Cream of Mushroom
soup
Layer in crock pot beginning with ham on the bottom. Spread a layer of soup
between groups of ham, potato, onion and cheese. Cook on high just until
pot is heated then on low for six to eight hours.
