Recipe - Ham And Sage Ponice

1 pack (120 g) Stove Top Chicken
Flavour Stuffing Mix
2 tablespoon Melted butter
1 cup Diced cooked ham
1 cup Grated swiss cheese
One half cup Each: frozen peas and
Chopped red pepper
2 cup Milk
2 Eggs, beaten
PREP TIME: 15 min. BAKE TIME: 30 min. MIX stuffing crumbs,seasonings and
butter in a lightly greased 9 in. quiche dish or pie plate. Spread over
bottom of dish. SPRINKLE peas, chopped peppers, ham and cheese evenly over
crumbs. BEAT milk and eggs together until well blended. POUR slowly over
mixture in dish. BAKE at 350*F for 3035 min. or until set. Let stand for
10 min. before serving. Makes 6 servings VARIATION: Substitute ham and
Swiss cheese with 1 can (6.5 oz./184 g.) solid white tuna, drained, chunked
and grated Cheddar cheese.
