3 tablespoon Cured ham, finely minced
2 Cl Garlic, minced
2 tablespoon Parsley, minced
One half Dried red chili pepper, seed
One fourth teaspoon crushed red pep
2 teaspoon Fruity olive oil
12 Medium mushroom caps, brushe
In a bowl mix together the ham, garlic, parsley, chili pepper, and olive
oil. Fill the mushroom caps with this mixture, arrange in a baking dish
