Recipe - Ham-Broccoli Rollups

1 Onion; cut or sliced up into thin
rings
1 cup Tvp granules; rehydrated
with
1 cup Boiling water and
2 tablespoon Steak sauce
2 cup Uncooked elbow macaroni
One fourth Cupunbleached flour
2 cup Water
1 cup Water or lowfat or nonfat
soy milk
1. Place the onion and tvp in a 2One half quart microwave casserole with lid.
Cover and cook on high until the onion is soft, about five minutes.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to blend.
3. Cover and cook on high until the pasta is tender, about ten minutes.
4. Remove and check for doneness. Add a little more water or soy milk if
the sauce is too thick
5. Season with your favorite herbs or nonfat soy Parmesan if desired.
Serves four.
